Q: If I order today, when will my items ship out?
A: If you order in-stock products by 3pm Pacific Time, we guarantee that the order will make it out that day. Many orders made after that time will ship out the same day or the next business day.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: You have two options to track your orders:

  • Email us with your order # and we will get back to ASAP.
  • You can also refer to your shipment tracking email, where you will find a tracking number.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Doro offers various price breaks:

  1. Quantity Price Break - If you buy a full case of most items Magid will charge you a discounted price.
  2. Large order Quotes - If you make large orders on a frequent basis, you may be eligible for further discounts.

Q: Why was my order cancelled?
A: There are various reasons for an order being canceled. However, we will notify you in the event that your order cannot be fulfilled along with the reason. Please note: we do reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
