Satisfaction To All Customers
Customer should contact Doro if not satisfied with a product for any reason. Please be sure to check merchandise once received and notify us of any damages within specified time frame. We do not accept returns due to dislike of style, color, or fit.
Doro will promptly provide an replacement or refund if the product is notified and returned within 5 days of delivery, in its original packaging, unused, and with proof of purchase from Doro. Merchandise will only be accepted with a Return Authorization number.
In event of Dispute,parties will be subject to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of California regardless of their residence, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to collect from the other party all of its legal costs and expenses incurred therewith, including attorney's fee.
